Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® (TJQMBB) is a research-based Falls prevention program developed by Dr. Fuzhong Li of Oregon Research Institute in Eugene Oregon.

The TJQMBB program combines elements of traditional Tai Ji Quan including modified Yang style forms, breathing and mindfulness with movement science strategies to improve use of our sensory system, muscle response, and automatic balance reactions to achieve outstanding results in preventing falls and improving function
